Record attendance.
Choose an event, then tick the members who attended.
Add a past meeting to record attendance, or plan the next gathering.
Tick Present for each member who attended. Unchecked members count as absent. Changes save automatically.
Check-ins need board confirmation to count as present. Attendance is saved in The Tavern and backed up. Confirmed attendance and corrections transfer to the CRM sandbox; the master CRM remains unchanged. Export is optional.
CRM connection & recovery →Review & CRM check
After the gathering, confirm member check-ins, close the QR window, and check the saved roll against the CRM sandbox.
A correction or a new check-in window requires a fresh comparison. This review does not enable master CRM writes.
First meeting pilot · quick guide
- Use an actual gathering. Check the date, venue and roster before recording.
- Tick Present for attendees. If you use member QR check-in, the board must confirm each arrival.
- Close member check-in when finished. Sync, compare with CRM, then record your board review.
- On your phone, check that a change survives Refresh. Try Export attendance → Share file or Download CSV if you need a separate copy.
Other board members need their verified sign-in email assigned on the board desk. Past records can be entered later from the club’s written records.
Open the board desk →Optional member QR check-in
Show the event QR code at the gathering. Signed-in members can check themselves in; the board confirms who attended.
