How portal usage is counted
An active member has at least one recorded page view in the period. An active day is a calendar day with a page view. A new visit begins after 30 minutes without a recorded page view. Page views count visible page loads by signed-in, approved members; automated refresh checks are excluded.
The ranking uses the selected measure, with active days, visits and page views used to break ties. Activity is grouped in Eastern time. The current day, week or month may be incomplete.
We record the member, page area and time. Private messages, searches and page contents are not collected.

Meetings & charitable activities
Each saved “Present” mark counts once per event. Members attending several events contribute several attendances; the member total counts each person once. Pending check-ins and RSVPs are excluded. Multi-day campaigns are grouped by their start date. Sample, cancelled and future events are excluded. Donations and service hours are not included.
